• What if I failed to solve my problem using your product after purchase?

  
  First, we suggest you try the whole process again and make sure each step is correctly followed. (Please confirm that you’ve downloaded the latest program and have enough disk space.) If needed, you can try restarting or even reinstalling the program. If it is still not working, you can contact us at [email protected] with the log file, screenshots, and detailed information.
• How can I get a quick response from Kingshiper Support Team?

• Why did I not receive my license code after checking out the order?

  
  To activate Kingshiper software, no license code is required. After your purchase, you'll receive two emails: one from PayPal confirming your payment, and another from Kingshiper confirming your order. Also, you can check your order here: https://www.kingshiper.com/user#order. Steps to activate your program: 1. Open the software you've purchased. 2. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner of the interface. 3. Sign in with your Kingshiper account, and it will activate automatically.
