345If you need to reinstall the software on your computer, because the software is not working properly or for any other reason, just follow the instructions below.
1. Uninstall the software on your computer first.
(Note: the screenshots here are from Kingshiper Audio Editor, but the process is the same for other Kingshiper products.)
On Windows, click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program > to uninstall it.
On Mac, open the Applications folder and drag the software icon to the Trash to uninstall it.
2. Open the official website https://www.kingshiper.com/ to download the latest version of the software.
3. Click on the installer, or right-click on the installer to run it as Administrator to start to the installation.
