If you forgot your password or get the error message “password error”, you can retrieve your password with your Kingshiper ID.

In the login page, click ”Forgot your password”.

In the Forgot password window, enter the email address associated with your Kingshiper ID and click “Next”. Check your email and enter the verification code you receive. Then, enter your new password twice to confirm and click “Set Password”.

Reset your password

Regularly change your password is one of the best ways to avoid compromising your information. Now I will show you how to reset your password below.

1. Log in to your account center;

2. Choose “Security”, enter your email and input the verification code you receive, click “Verify Code”, Then, enter your new password twice to confirm and click “Save”.

3. Your password has now been successfully changed!
